Three different grades, from 600 over 2500 to 4000.

I placed the keyboard on foam plastic and just rubbed the keys. First I got the inscribe loose with the coarse sandpaper, the I leveld with the mid-grade, the I furbished with the smooth sandpaper. Inbetween I rubbed the keyboard repeatedly with a sponge and "zewa" and cleanser to bind the dust and smooth it more.

Unfortunately this wasnt quite enough.
The keys look and feel and (most important) work fine, but the coarse sandpaper and dust and dirt scrubbed some marks in the keys.
You'll see this under bright light.

I think when i have to do this again i'll give nitro-cellulose combination thinner a try instead of the sandpaper method.
